Product · AI photo tools

The AI that turns a shot into a sale — before the guest leaves.

Guests find their photos by face. Backgrounds swap in real time. Every face links to one customer identity across the whole venue. The AI isn't a gimmick bolted on the side — it's the thing that closes the gap between the photo and the wallet.

Face-recognition retrieval

Guests walk up to a kiosk, look at the camera, and see every photo of them from that day. No QR, no wristband, no app to download.

AI background replacement

Cut the subject out and drop them onto any branded background — no green screen, no retoucher. Generated on capture; the composite is what prints.

Live chroma key

Physical green screen replaced live on screen via WebGL. The guest watches themselves stand in the scene in real time. What they see is what prints.

Unified customer identity

Every face links to one customer record. A guest shot three times across the venue is one customer — not three anonymous frames.

Lead capability

Guests find their photos with their face. No QR, no wristband, no app.

Roaming photographers shoot. The platform indexes each face in seconds, scoped to that venue's data only. On the way out, the guest walks up to a retrieval kiosk, looks at the camera, and sees every photo of them taken that day — buy digital, order prints, or download.

The pain this removes isn't about the photo. It's everything between the photo and the sale: no pickup queue, no wristband distribution at entry, no “I lost my QR code” support calls. The guest's face is the recovery token — nothing to lose, nothing to email. Fewer steps between shot and sale means a higher attach rate.

01

Walk past a photographer

A roaming shot at a queue line, a character set, an animal encounter. No interaction required.

02

The platform indexes the face

The photo uploads, the face is found, searchable features extracted, stored per-venue. About two seconds, automated.

03

Look at the kiosk on the way out

Every photo of that guest, instantly — buy digital, order prints, or download. About five seconds.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

Face recognition is opt-in per venue — enforced at the data layer, before the kiosk shows a result.

Per-venue opt-in flow

Face rec stays OFF until the operator enables it for a venue, with a signed signage acknowledgment on file. No silent rollouts.

BIPA-compliant signage workflow

Template signage for entrances and capture zones; the operator confirms posting before indexing activates. Replicable for Illinois (BIPA), Texas (CUBI), Washington (MHMD), Quebec (Law 25).

90-day retention default

Face data auto-deletes 90 days after capture unless the venue extends. Conservative by default.

Guest opt-out flow

A one-click link in the gallery SMS deletes the guest's face features immediately; their photos stay available via the QR / SMS fallback.

COPPA flow for under-13

Sessions involving minors route through a parental-consent gate before any face data is indexed.

Per-event audit log

Every index and match search is logged with actor, timestamp, and outcome — ready to pull for a regulator or a customer complaint.

Put the guest anywhere

Two paths to a branded background — pick per venue.

AI background replacement, no green screen

Cut the subject out of the frame and drop them onto any branded background — a themed scene, a venue backdrop, a seasonal overlay — without a green screen and without a retoucher. The cutout is generated on capture; the composite is what the customer sees on screen and what gets printed. One subject, many backgrounds, sold as a set.

Live chroma key, watched in real time

When a venue runs a physical green screen, the replacement previews live on screen via WebGL — the guest sees themselves standing in the scene in real time, not after a render. What they see on screen is exactly what gets printed. No wait-and-see, no reprint surprises.

One guest, one identity

Across every photo, every visit, every venue.

Every face the platform sees links to a single customer record. A guest photographed at the queue line, again at the character set, and again at the exit is one customer — not three anonymous shots. That's what makes face retrieval return the whole day's gallery, and it's what lets an operator understand a returning guest across seasons instead of starting from zero every visit.

Scope honesty

Where the AI fits — and where it doesn't.

Works best with a clear, well-lit face

Side profiles, sunglasses, masks, and very low light reduce match accuracy.

Not for security or identification

Face data is never shared with law-enforcement, identity-verification, or surveillance systems. Features are scoped to a venue plus a 90-day window for photo retrieval — nothing else.

Doesn't replace the QR / SMS fallback

Guests who opt out, or whose match fails, always get the same gallery via QR or SMS. Face is the shortcut, not the only path.

Per-venue gating, not per-shot

Operators turn face recognition on for a whole venue based on their signage posture.
