Opt-In Examples — Souvenir Photograph

Submitted in response to Twilio TFV / 10DLC review feedback: "Opt-In Example Must Be Complete, Branded, and Legible."

Souvenir Photograph operates two distinct SMS messaging programs, each with its own opt-in flow:

Each example below shows the complete, branded opt-in surface as it appears to the subscriber: the brand name and logo, the labeled phone-number input, the unchecked consent checkbox, the verbatim consent statement, and the submit button. Statements are quoted exactly as they appear in the production code, which matches the public-facing policy page at https://www.spphotostation.com/sms-consent.
